摘 要:研究了简单混合、研磨复合以及表面改性后的重质 碳酸钙/硅灰石复合活性填料填充 PVC 材料的力学性能与 填充增强原理。结果表明与单一填料及简单混合后的重质 碳酸钙/硅灰石填料相比研磨复合及表面改性后的重质碳 酸钙/硅灰石复合活性填料可以显著增强 PVC 材料的力学 性能。这种复合活性填料的主要填充增强原理是复合活化 增强以及颗粒粒度和形状配合增强即两种不同无机非金属 矿物粉体混合后的化学组成和结构复杂化、复合加工后的表 面活性化、表面改性后与高聚物基料的相容化以及在填充材 料中的取向和堆砌效应的优化。

Abstract:T he filling properties in PVC of the composite ground calcium carbonate (GCC ) and wollastonite fillers after fine ground and surface-modified as well as their reinforcement mechanisms are investigated.T his composite GCC and wollas tonite fillers can notably improved tensileflexuralimpact strength and elongation of PVC material after fine-ground and surface-modified.T he main reinforcement mechanism for fine ground and surface-modified composite GCC and wollastonite fillers after being filled in PVC are main the complexing of chemical compositionthe activation of surface and compatible with polymeric matrix of the fillers as well as optimization in orientation and pile-up of composite filler particles.
