摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了(BaSr)TiO3 凝胶并 利用微波烧结技术对凝胶进行合成和烧结。结果表明获得 的(BaSr)TiO3 粉体颗粒较细与传统固相反应合成法相 比其钙钛矿相的合成温度由1100℃降至900℃;粉体的颗 粒尺寸在50nm 附近。

Abstract:T he(BaSr)TiO3powder was prepared by so-l gel pro cessing and microwave sinter techniquetheir properties were studied and compared with the identical powder prepared by conventional technique.T he results show that the synthetic temperature of the BST powder can be reduced from 1100℃ to 900℃T he particle size of BST powder can be reduced from 320nm to50nm.
