粉粒体流动性的分析与测量

摘要:应用改进的 RHEOLAB MC1型流变仪对粉粒体内 摩擦力及搅拌桨受力进行了测量‚发现搅拌桨受力可分为两 部分‚即摩擦阻力和形体阻力。对于粘附性较弱的粉体和粒 子‚内摩擦力随转子运动速度的上升而下降‚而形体阻力与 运动速度的一次方近似成正比。

Abstract:A powder character tester improved from RHEOLAB MC1rheometer that allows the determination of the shear stress of the rotor and the force of the agitator was built.T he force was measured and the influence of the following parameters were studied‚that is type of particulate material‚velocity of agi tator‚shape of agitator and its depth of immersion.It was found that the force required for agitating solid particles consists of the following two components‚i.e.the inertia force and the sheering stress by internal friction.
