硅灰石与盐酸快速反应制备无定形SiO2粉体性质研究

摘 要:硅灰石与盐酸快速反应制备出沉淀产物、实验产物 和溶胶产物3种无定形 SiO2‚3种产物的比表面积分别在 200‚400和450m2/g 左右。实验所得3种产品都存在着纳 米颗粒‚粒径主要分布在20nm~5μm 之间‚溶胶产物和实验 产物的大颗粒内有2nm 左右的蠕虫状微孔结构‚而沉淀产 物没有此结构‚并对3种产物性质进行了对比研究。

Abstract:Three types of amorphous SiO2(sediment product‚ex perimental product and Ludox product)are prepared from quick speed reaction between wollastonite and hydrochloric acid.T he specific area of sediment product‚experimental product and Lu dox product is 200‚400‚450m2/g respectively.T hree types products all are nano-particle and most of particle diameter is 20nm ~ 5μm.T he experimental product and the Ludox productʾs large size particles have worm-structure of pore diame ter1~2nm‚but the sediment product has not.And the charac teristics of the three types amorphous SiO2are studied.
