入烧原料细度对煅烧高岭土物化性能的影响研究

摘要:研究了入烧原料细度对煤系煅烧高岭土白度、吸油率、 松容重、遮盖率(光散射系数)及活性(活性 Al2O3)等物理化 学性能的影响。结果表明‚入烧原料细度对煤系煅烧高岭土 的物化性能有显著影响‚减少入料粒度可以不同程度地提高 产品的白度、吸油率、活性 Al2O3 及遮盖率。

Abstract:T he effects of particle size distribution on the physical and chemical properties of calcined kaolin such as brightness‚ loose density‚oil absorption‚active Al2O3‚index of covering‚are studied.T he results shown that the brightness‚loose density‚oil absorption‚active Al2O3‚index of covering increased with the particle size of the materials decreased in some range.
