摘要:通过动态水热法合成出的球形硬硅钙石颗粒 ,具有很高的气孔率 ,使轻质硬硅钙石材料成为一种用途广泛的绝热保温材料。流体力学分析和合成实验均表明 :在动态水热合成硬硅钙石的过程中 ,搅拌产生的涡流使C -S -H凝胶片状粒子凝聚为球形颗粒 ,最终形成硬硅钙石球形颗粒的大小与搅拌速度有关 ,速度大则粒径小。当反应釜的Re搅 为1.4 2× 104~ 1.6 5× 104时 ,有利于硬硅钙石的球形团聚体形成。

Abstract:Possessing high porosity and low densitycalcium silicate material which is widely used as insulation material in various industries consists of porous spherical xonotlite agglomerates synthesized through dynamic hydrothermal process.Fluid mechanics analysis and synthesis data indicate that during dynamic hydrothermal the vortexes caused by stirring make foillike C-S-H gel spherical agglomerates.T he final size of the xonotlite spherical agglomerates depends on the rate of stirring. T he higher stirring rate the smaller size of the agglomerates. T he value of stirring Reynold’s number being in the range of1. 42×104~1.65×104 favours formation of large spherical agglomerates of xonotlite.
