Abstract： T he processing of surface modification of Henan Xinyang perlite are studied．T he modified perlite is evaluated by some measurement methods such as infiltration time surface contact angle method infra-red spectrometry and rubber-packing text the results show that the perlite is modified effectively and the filling performances of the modified perlite are greatly improved which is verified by the application experiments．
