纳米(CF)x及添加剂在绿色润滑油基础油中的减摩抗磨性能

摘要:考察了几种绿色润滑油基础油(合成酯和天然植物油脂)的摩擦学特性,探讨了几种常用的极压添加剂如氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌及无灰氮磷型添加剂对基础油抗磨和减摩性能的影响,并和纳米级(CF)x添加剂进行了对比分析。结果表明,各种添加剂有一定的减摩抗磨和极压作用;纳米级(CF)x极压性能不佳,但减摩性能最优。

Abstract:T he frictional and lubricant characteristics on base oils of environmental friendly lubricants are tested.T he antiwear and antifritional mechanism of nano-scaled (CF)x additive is studied.It’s showed that the effects of antiwear and antifriction on some oilness and EP agents such as S-butene(butene sulfide) RCl n (wax chloride) ZDTP and TAW(contain PN elements non-ash ant-i wear agent).
