摘要:采用一种新工艺———自吸式搅拌反应法制备纳米碳酸钙。通过加入不同的晶形控制剂,合成了立方状、链状、片状、球状、棒状、针状6种不同形状的纳米碳酸钙,并以晶体生长动力学为基础,从添加的种类、用量及添加时间等条件出发,研究了其对CaCO3产品的粒度和晶形的影响。

Abstract:T he new technology of self-suction stirred reactor to prepare nanometer CaCO3 is used.T hrough adding different additives nanometer CaCO3 with six different shapes (including cube chain plate sphere stick and needle) are synthesized. Based on the crystal growing kinetics the influences of additive on CaCO3 are studied.From the sorts the amount and the adding time the influences of additives on particle size and crystal shape are discussed.
