摘要:在不考虑交互作用情况下,设计了五因素四水平正交实验以考察诸因素对硅灰石制多孔SiO2聚集体颗粒粒径的影响。实验结果表明,当反应时间统一为80min,陈化时间20min,反应温度50~55℃,HCl浓度为12mol/L,硅灰石用量为80g时,表面活性剂种类的选用对多孔SiO2聚集体颗粒粒径的影响最大,表面活性剂加入时间影响最小。

Abstract:Unconsidering the effect of crossing factors a series experiments with 5-factor and 4-level experiments are designed to study on the effect to diameter of porous silica particles prepared from wollastinite.T he result shows that when reaction time 80 min olding time 20 min reaction temperature 50~55 ℃ 12mol/L of HCl and wolladtonite 80g the choice of surfactant affect the porous silica particles most and the added time of surfactant least.T he condition when the diamater is the smallest are:20% of wolastonite surpension surfactant of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (1631- Br ) pH value 1.5 ,1.5% of NH4Cl and the added time at the 60 min.T he result of proved experiment set the conclusion.
