摘要:分析研究了粉粒体波面移动床在机械振动作用下的传热特性和各传热系数变化情况。实验研究发现:振动床传热模型适合两区模型。在垂直粉粒体移动方向,振动床的温度场发展要快于移动床的温度场。当振动频率为23.67Hz和振幅在一定范围内,振动床各传热系数随着流量和振幅的提高而增大。

Abstract: T he heat transfer characteristics and various coefficients of flowing granular waved moving bed under the mechanical vibration condition are investigated.T he experimental results show that the heat transfer model in the vibrated bed is in good agreement with the “two-zone”model and the temperatured field in the vertical direction of the granulard media moving is better in the vibrated bed that the moving bed.In the frequency of 23.6Hz and the certain range of amplitude the various heat coefficient is added with the increase of the amplitude and the flow of the granular media.
