水热合成纳米氧化锡粉体工艺因素研究

摘要:SnCl4·5H2O和氨水为原料,通过正交实验并借助于XRD、TEM等手段,研究了前驱物浓度、反应温度、保温时间和氨水滴加速率等工艺因素对水热合成纳米SnO2粉体的影响。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline rutile tin dioxide powders are prepared by hydrothermal reaction of a mixed solution of SnCl4·5H2O and ammonia.T he influence of hydrothermal reaction conditons (including dripping velocity of ammonia reaction temperature  time and concentration of starting materials) on synthesis of tin dioxide are studied by orthogonal design and by XRD,TEM techniques.
