摘要:振动磨作为超微颗粒制备的一种方法,其阻尼特性非常复杂。本文应用神经网络的高度学习能力和非线性映射能力,对振动磨的阻尼特性进行了研究,得出了颗粒的摩擦系数、恢复系数、粒度和振动水平是影响系统阻尼的主要因素的结论。

Abstract:As one of the method in preparing ultra-fine particles the vibration mill’s damping character is very complicated.T he BP neural network is used to simulate the complex behavior of the vibration mill due to its power and highly adaptive ability to model nonlinear systems.T he results that the rubbing coefficient、particle size、vibration level are the most important coefficients that affect the system’s damping are obtained.
