摘要:采用活化度作为改性效果的主要表征方法 ,以脂肪酸钠代替脂肪酸作为改性剂表面改性纳米碳酸钙 ,得到了分散性能优异的活化CaCO3 粉末产品 ,确定了最佳的改性条件 ,同时用红外光谱及TEM等测试手段 ,对改性前后碳酸钙粒子的结构及微观形貌进行了表征 ,还简要探讨了改性的机理。

Abstract:Usingthe activatingefficiency asmaintest method the surface modification of nanometer CaCO3 by fatty acid salt isstudied.The results showthatfatty acidsodiumcangainahigherefficiencyinsteadof the trad-i tional modifying agent fatty acid.TEM and FTIR are also employed to characterizethe surface ofthe CaCO3 particles.Afinerprocessconditionis obtained(modifyingagent dosage3%~4%、temperature 95~100℃and reactingtime about 30 minutes.)
