甲基丙烯酰氧基锆偶联剂的性能及应用研究

摘要:创造性地利用接触角、不可逆性概念评价锆类偶联剂的物理性能,对Al(OH)3和CaCO3用该偶联剂进行改性实验,测量它们在不同介质中的性能。试验结果表明:改性前后填料接触角的变化能客观反映该偶联剂的性能,且将其改性后的填料应用于聚合物中,与材料的力学性能检测结果相吻合。

Abstract:The touching angel and irreversibility to evaluate the physical characters of Zr coupling agent.Two kind of common powders Al(OH)3 and CaCO3 are modified with Zr coupling agent.Their properties are measuered in different media.The results show that it is objective for the change of fills modified touching angel and irreversibility to reflect the properties of Zr coupling agent.It is coincidental with applying properties after fills modified by Zr coupling agent are added to high molecule compound.
