摘要：总结了目前国内外制备Ni-YSZ金属陶瓷常用的方法并介绍其应用前景。采用液相法制备出Ni金属在YSZ陶瓷中分布均匀的复合材料,用XRD分析了其物相组成并用SEM观察了其颗粒形貌。研究结果表明,用该法可以制备出分布均匀的金属陶瓷纳米复合粉末,粉末中的ZrO₂均为四方相。ZrO₂-NiO和ZrO₂-Ni粉末中ZrO₂的平均晶粒大小分别为19.2nm和24.7nm。

Abstract:The general preparation methods and the application of Ni － YSZ cermet are reviewed．The homogeneous nanocomposite 30Ni－YSZ （mol％）cermet powders are prepared by liquid-phase method．The identification of phases is carried out using a X－ray diffractometer （XRD）．The particle size and morphology are dete-r mined by a scanning electron microscopy （SEM） ．The results show that the nanocomposite cermet powders with homogeneous size and distribution are prepared．The crystal type of ZrO₂ in the powders is tetragonal．The average crystal size of ZrO₂ in ZrO₂－NiO and ZrO₂－ Ni powders are19．2nm and24．7nm respectively．
