摘要:总结了目前国内外制备Ni-YSZ金属陶瓷常用的方法并介绍其应用前景。采用液相法制备出Ni金属在YSZ陶瓷中分布均匀的复合材料,用XRD分析了其物相组成并用SEM观察了其颗粒形貌。研究结果表明,用该法可以制备出分布均匀的金属陶瓷纳米复合粉末,粉末中的ZrO2均为四方相。ZrO2-NiO和ZrO2-Ni粉末中ZrO2的平均晶粒大小分别为19.2nm和24.7nm。

Abstract:The general preparation methods and the application of Ni - YSZ cermet are reviewed.The homogeneous nanocomposite 30Ni-YSZ (mol%)cermet powders are prepared by liquid-phase method.The identification of phases is carried out using a X-ray diffractometer (XRD).The particle size and morphology are dete-r mined by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .The results show that the nanocomposite cermet powders with homogeneous size and distribution are prepared.The crystal type of ZrO2 in the powders is tetragonal.The average crystal size of ZrO2 in ZrO2-NiO and ZrO2- Ni powders are19.2nm and24.7nm respectively.
