非稳定过滤捕集效率的理论计算研究

摘要:在稳定过滤过程捕集效率计算模型理论基础上,考虑颗粒在纤维表面的沉积,根据质量守恒定律,建立非稳定过滤过程数学模型,通过理论求解,得出非稳定过滤捕集效率理论计算公式以及非稳定过滤过程中粉尘颗粒的沉积质量分布规律,给出了非稳定过滤过程捕集效率与稳定过滤捕集效率之间的关系。研究结果表明:非稳定过滤过程捕集效率为纤维过滤器填充密度、纤维直径、单纤维捕集效率、过滤速度、粉尘颗粒的初始浓度、粉尘颗粒总沉积质量及过滤时间的函数。粉尘颗粒的沉积使清洁过滤器捕集效率增加,其增加量与粉尘颗粒沉积量及过滤时间呈非线性正比例关系。

Abstraction: Based on the calculation model of steadily filtration collection efficiency,taken into account of particles deposition on the surface of fiber and the mass conservation law,a mathematics model for non-steadily filtration is set up. lts result and a total collection efficiency the oretic formulation of non-steadily filtration are obtained. The regulation of dust particles cleposition mass distribution and the relation of collecting efficiency between steadily and non-stationary filtration have got from extracting .The result shows that the non-steadily filtration processing is the function of packing density,the fiber diameter,the single fiber collecting efficiency, the velocity of filtration,the initialization concentration of dust particles,the deposition mass of dust particles and filtration time. The deposition of dust particles rise collecting efficiency of clean filter and amount of addition has nonlinear addition relation between dust particles deposition mass and filtration time.
