工艺参数对醇法制备NiO纳米晶粒尺寸的影响

摘要: 采用醇法,以 Ni(NO3)2·6H2O 和 H2C2O4·2H2O 为原料,研究了工艺参数如原料选择、烧温度、醇的种类、起始浓度、陈化时间等对 NiO 纳米粉体晶粒尺寸的影响。用 XRD,TEM,BET 等方法对粉体进行了表征。结果表明,以乙醇为溶剂,成功地制备了粒径约为10nm、分布范围窄、稳定的 NiO 粉体。而以异丙醇为溶剂时,所得粉体的晶粒更易长大; 起始原料浓度越大,粉体的粒径越大; 陈化时间越长,粒径越大。

Abstract: Nanocrystalline NiO particles aresynthesizedbyusing Ni(NO3)2·6H2O and H2C2O4·2H2O as starting materials via alcohol method. The in-fluence of process parameters such as the choice of raw materials, calcinationstemperature, and concentration ofraw material, the aging time and the kind ofalcohol on the as-synthesized nanocrystalline NiO particles is studied. Theparticles are characterized by XRD, TEM and BET. The results show that theparticle size of the obtained NiO particles are about 10 nm after calcining theas-prepared precursor of NiC2O4 : 2H2O at 400C for 1 hour by using ethanolas solvent, exhibiting narrow size distribution and phase stability. While 2 -proponal as solvent, the size of NiO particles are relatively bigger. The size isincreased with increasing the concentration of raw materials and the agingtime.
