摘要:炭黑的物理、化学性质与其所使用的原料、燃烧裂解方法等工艺条件密切相关,文中以工业丙烷为燃料,通过不完全的方法制备了尺寸很小、纯度很高的优质炭黑,并通过 TEM/XRD 等手段对其 粒径、形貌、吸油值、pH 值等主要的性能进行了表征,并对其反应过 程进行了分析。研究表明,改变丙烷与空气/氧气的比例可以得到具 有不同结构的产品,该比例对炭黑 pH 值的影响不大,以氧气为原料 的炭黑 pH 值明显低于以空气为原料的炭黑 45 值。

Abstract: By incomplete combustion of industry propane, carbon blackproducts with small particle size as well as high purity are obtained. Theproperties such as particle size, morphology, absorptivity of oil, pH, etc arealso analysed by XRD,TEM and other methods. The results show that theproducts with different structures are prepared by changing the proportions ofpropane and air/oxygen. The proportions of propane and air /oxygen havelittle effects on pH value of carbon black. The pH value of carbon black whichis made from oxygen is lower then that of carbon black which is made from air.
