摘要: 采用正交试验设计和方差分析的方法,研究了稀土抛光粉抛光眼镜玻璃过程中,中位径、晶粒大小和料浆浓度等因素对抛光过程的影响。利用库尔特粒度仪、X 射线衍射仪、ZXZ - I型真空泵和双轴复面曲精度抛光机等设备考察分析了稀土抛光粉的各项物理指标和研削能力。结果表明:对于普通光白玻璃片的抛光,稀土抛光粉的中位径在 2.5 ~4.5 m 之间,晶粒大小在 550Å 左右,抛光粉料浆浓度为 250g/L 时,其抛光效率最好。

Abstract: By means of orthogonal test and variance analysis, the effect ofgranularity, the crystallite size and the concentration of polishing liquid on thepolishing process are studied. Several factors and the ability of grind are in-spected and analyzed by Coulter multlsizet I, XD - D1 X ray and ZXz - Ivacuum pump, etc. The results show that the grind is much better on the pol-ishing process when the medial particle size is 2. 5 ~ 4. 5 pm , the crystallitesize is 550 Å and the concentration of polishing liquid is 250 g/L.
