摘要: 探讨了纳米 TiO₂ 颗粒在水分散介质中的分散工艺，研究了机械搅拌、无机电解质、表面活性剂等对 TiO₂分散性的影响。研究结果表明，以水作分散介质，通过机械搅拌并加入无机电解质Na₄P₂O₇·10H₂O、(NaPO₄)₆和表面活性剂山梨醇、三乙醇胺、OP -10、SDBS，以及选择合适的 pH 值可制备出分散稳定性良好的纳米TiO₂ 分散体系。

Abstract: Dispersion process of the TiO₂ nano-sized particles in water isstudied. The effects of mechenical agitation, inorganic electrolytes and sur-factants of dispersion of TiO₂ nano-sized particles are discussed. The resultindicates that a good dispersion stabilization of TiO₂ /H₂O suspension systemcan be obtained by machanical agitation and adding inorganic electrolytes(sorbitol , Triethanolamine ;(Na₄P₂O₇·10H₂O，(NaPO₄)₆), surfactantsOP - 10 , SDBS)and adjusting pH value in water as the dispersion medium.
