摘要: 探讨了纳米 TiO2 颗粒在水分散介质中的分散工艺,研究了机械搅拌、无机电解质、表面活性剂等对 TiO2分散性的影响。研究结果表明,以水作分散介质,通过机械搅拌并加入无机电解质Na4P2O7·10H2O、(NaPO4)6和表面活性剂山梨醇、三乙醇胺、OP -10、SDBS,以及选择合适的 pH 值可制备出分散稳定性良好的纳米TiO2 分散体系。

Abstract: Dispersion process of the TiO2 nano-sized particles in water isstudied. The effects of mechenical agitation, inorganic electrolytes and sur-factants of dispersion of TiO2 nano-sized particles are discussed. The resultindicates that a good dispersion stabilization of TiO2 /H2O suspension systemcan be obtained by machanical agitation and adding inorganic electrolytes(sorbitol , Triethanolamine ;(Na4P2O7·10H2O,(NaPO4)6), surfactantsOP - 10 , SDBS)and adjusting pH value in water as the dispersion medium.
