晶核生长法制备纳米铜粒子

摘要: 使用晶核控制生长的方法制备纳米铜粒子,用 NaBH4 还原出小粒径的纳米铜作为晶核,用抗坏血酸还原 Cu2+在晶核上快速生长,制备出纳米铜粒子。经 SEM 观察纳米粒子直径为 80~90nm,纳米粒子粒径均匀

Abstract: A method ofseed-mediated controlled growth is used to preparednano-sized copper particles. The copper nano-particles are firstly reduced bythe sodium borohydride with little size, the nano-particles are used as seedparticles , copper ion can be reduced by the ascorbate ion , and autocatalyticgrowth on the seed particles quickly. The nano-particles are studied by SEM the result show that the nano-patircles possesses regular surface and averagesize are from 80~90 nm.
