摘要: 电解法是制备铜粉的一种重要方法，铜粉的粒径和阴极的电流效率是其两个重要的指标。本文中从电解原理出发，从理论上阐述了电解液的酸度和温度、铜离子浓度、阴极电流密度等因素，对电解法制备铜粉的影响，并提出了电解过程中应注意的问题。

Abstract: Electrolytic process is an important method of producing copperpowder, two important parameters of which are particle size of copper powderand efficiency of cathode current. Based on theory of electrolysis, the influ-ence factors of production process for preparing copper powder by electrolysisare detailed, which are acidity and temperature ofelectrolyte, concentration ofcopper ion, cathode current density and so on. The notice of production process is also suggested.
