超声波-共沉淀法制备ZrO2-MgO超细粉

摘要: 以 ZrOCl2·8H2O 为原料,用乙醇和聚乙二醇两种有机溶液处理,在化学共沉淀阶段使用超声波辐照制备 MO 稳定 ZrO2 超细粉,通过 X 射线衍射(XRD)、激光粒度分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差热分析(DSC)等手段对试样的微观结构进行表征。试验结果表明,用超声波辐照制备合成 MgO 稳定 ZrO2超细粉,其结晶温度低粉料的分散性好,不易团聚

Abstract: The superfine ZrO2 - MgO powder is prepared by ultrasonic sedimentation method, taking ZrOCl2 : 8H2O as raw material and treated by alcohol and polyglycol. The microstructural characteristics of superfine powderare determined by means of X - ray diffraction analysis (XRD) andlaser sizeanalysis, scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and differential scanningcalorimeter (DSC). The result show that the ultrasonic sedimentation methodwhich is applied to prepare superfine ZrO2 - MgO powder can lead to a sub-stantial decrease of crystallization temperature and improvement of dispersionof the powder.
