摘要:以轻烧菱镁矿粉、氧化铁鳞及铁精矿粉作为原料,以杠杆式等应变剪力仪及其它测试仪为测试手段,探讨了该混合粉体的内磨擦角变化对机压制品的成型性能的影响。结果发现:该类混合粉体的内摩擦角随着混合物料第二组分的种类、含量变化而改变,即混合物料的内摩擦角随第二组分原料的内摩擦角增加而增加,也随第二组分的含量增加而增加,而且混合粉体的内磨擦角处于混合粉体各原料内磨擦角之间。从坯体的成型性能上来看,混合物料的内磨擦角越大,成型后坯体的体积密度就越小,坯体的烧成收缩也越大。

Abstract: The lever shear stressometer and other equipments are used to investigate the influence of the internal friction angle on the press-forming performance of mixed powders consisted of light burned magnesia with ironcontaining oxides (ironoxide or fine iron mineral powder) The results show that the internal friction andle of the mixed powders wil he increased bth with the increase of the content and the internal friction anle of the second component, The internal friction andle of a mixed powder is between the values of each component. As far as the formind performance of mixed powders is concerned.te larger the internal friction angle of a mixed powder is, the lower the volume density of a green body is, and the more the gieen body contracts after the sintering.
