摘要: 磁性高分子微球作为一种新型的功能材料，因其兼具高分子微球的众多特性和磁响应性，近年来被广泛研究，特别是在生物医学、生物工程等领域的应用引起了各国研究者的高度重视。本文中综述了磁性高分子微球在生物、医药领域的应用研究进展，重点介绍了其在生物分离、磁靶向给药、固定化酶、免疫分析及测定、生物化学合成等方面的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Magnetic microsphere acting as a new fashioned functional mate-rial, which taking on a good many characteristic and magnetism of magneticmicrosphere was widely researched. In parlicular, the investigators attachedimporlance to the study on the applications in bio-medicine and biology engineering. The applications progress of magnetic microsphere in biology andmedicine are introduced. The applications in the bio-separation , magnetictargeted drug , enzyme immobilization , immunity analysis and detection bio-chemistry synthesis are reported in detail. Its developmental foregroundare also viewed.
