SiC微细颗粒分散特性的研究

摘要: 采用沉降法,以水、聚乙二醇为介质,对 SiC微细颗粒的自然分散行为及分散剂、溶波 pH 值对其分散行为的影响进行了研究。结果表明:颗粒在不周介质中的自然分散行为有着明显差弄;分散剂对分散介质具有选择性,不同分散剂的分散效果不同;分散剂用量及溶液 pH 值对职粒的分散也有显著的影响。

Abstract: The dispersions of SiC ultrafine particles in water and in polyeth.jeneglycol are investigated by sedimentation test. The effects of dispersant andthe pH value ofthe Solutions are studied. The results show that the dispersionbehaviors for SiC particles in different media differ obuiouly , and the amountof diepereant and pH value have notable effect on the dispersion behaviors.The dispersion performance and action of some dispersant are different in thesame media and the dispersante have the selectivity to different media.
