溶胶-凝胶还原氮化合成AlON粉的探索研究

摘要:探索了以硝酸铝、硝酸镁、柠檬酸、蔗糖等为起始原料,通过溶胶-凝胶、还原氮化工艺制备AlON粉的工艺。研究了AlON晶种、还原剂用量、氮化温度、MgO等工艺条件对AlON粉合成的影响。结果表明:实验条件下,无法采用溶胶-凝胶、还原氮化工艺合成AlON粉;MgO、AlON晶种的加入对其的合成没有明显的促进作用。

Abstract: Preparation of AlON powder are studied by sol-gel reductionnitridation way with aluminium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, citrate and su-crose etc. as starting materials. The influences of crystal seeds (AlON).amount of reduction agent, nitridation temperature, and amount of MgO onthe formation of AlON are investigated. The results show it is impossibleto synthesize AlON at 1350~1500℃ for 5 h by sol-gel reduction-nitri-dation way, the addition of MgO and the seeds play no significant effectson the AlON preparation.
