摘要:用室温固相反应合成纳米Co3O4前驱体,用热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等手段对前驱体的分解过程进行了研究。结果表明,前驱体为CoC2O4·2H2O,呈单斜结构。随温度的升高,前驱体分解过程分两步进行:首先前驱体脱水分解为CoC2O4,然后再分解为Co3O4纳米粉。煅烧温度较低时,随煅烧时间的延长,CoC2O4逐渐分解为Co3O4,并且颗粒尺寸约为17nm。煅烧温度较高时,随着时间的延长Co3O4颗粒迅速长大,结晶更完全。

Abstract: The precursor of Co3O4 nanoparticles is synthesized througlsolid state reaction at ambient temperature. The decomposition process isstudied by thermal gravity analysis (TC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Theresults indicate that the precursor is monoclinic CoC2O4·2H2O with an ir-regular morphology.The decomposition process is composed of two steps:firstly the precursor loses its structure water and becomes CoC2O4; second-ly the CoC2O4 decomposes into Co3O4 nanoparticles. At low temperature,as the calcining time increasing the precursor can also decompose into Co3O4 nanoparticles with .an average particle size 17 nm. At high calcin-ing temperature the particle size increases fast as the calcining going on.
