纳米Co3O4前驱体的分解过程研究

摘要:用室温固相反应合成纳米Co3O4前驱体,用热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等手段对前驱体的分解过程进行了研究。结果表明,前驱体为CoC2O4·2H2O,呈单斜结构。随温度的升高,前驱体分解过程分两步进行:首先前驱体脱水分解为CoC2O4,然后再分解为Co3O4纳米粉。煅烧温度较低时,随煅烧时间的延长,CoC2O4逐渐分解为Co3O4,并且颗粒尺寸约为17nm。煅烧温度较高时,随着时间的延长Co3O4颗粒迅速长大,结晶更完全。

Abstract: The precursor of Co3O4 nanoparticles is synthesized througlsolid state reaction at ambient temperature. The decomposition process isstudied by thermal gravity analysis (TC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Theresults indicate that the precursor is monoclinic CoC2O4·2H2O with an ir-regular morphology.The decomposition process is composed of two steps:firstly the precursor loses its structure water and becomes CoC2O4; second-ly the CoC2O4 decomposes into Co3O4 nanoparticles. At low temperature,as the calcining time increasing the precursor can also decompose into Co3Onanoparticles with .an average particle size 17 nm. At high calcin-ing temperature the particle size increases fast as the calcining going on.
