常温下热塑性塑料的湍流超细粉碎研究

摘要:通过对热塑性塑料的特性分析,提出了一种湍流粉碎的新原理,根据该原理研制了湍流式粉碎机,在该粉碎机中对低密度聚乙烯进行了实验,证明了热塑性塑料在常温下进行粉碎是可以得到超细粉体的。

Abstract:Through the characteristic analysis of thermoplastics ,the newprinciple of turbulence mill is suggested. The turbulence mill is developed based on the principle. The low density polyethylene is used in ex-periment of the turbulence mill. It is proved that the superfine comminu-tion of thermoplastics under the normal temperature through turbulencemill is possible of realization.
