摘要：根据数理统计、多项式定理推导出均化理论公式H=N^1/2,并介绍了在Ф6m×18m圆库上运用此公式开发无动力粉料均化技术的实例。实例证明,无动力粉料均化技术其均化系数能达到4.0左右,进一步提出了应用均化理论公式开发其它圆库均化技术的设想。

Abstract: Theoretical formula of powder homogenizing: H=N^1/2 is deducedaccording to mathematical statistics and polynomial theorem. The example of using this formula to develop powder homogenizing technique withno dynamic on Ф6 mx18 m round storeroom is introduced. The result in-dicates that the homogeneous coefficient of no dynamic homogenizingtechnique can reach about 4.0. A conceiveness on using the formula to de-velop other powder homogenizing techniques in round storeroom isbrought forward.
