摘 要:在一下端直径188 mm、上端直径396 mm、高1 000 mm的倒锥 形流化床喷雾造粒器内,以碳酸钙(CaCO3)粉末作为制药工业上的替 代性原料,以明胶作为粘结剂,实验研究了床层温度、流化气速、雾化 空气压等因素对造粒产品粒度分布的影响。结果表明,在本实验范围内, 造粒产品颗粒的平均粒径随着流化气速、床层温度、雾化空气压的增大 而减小,且粒度分布趋向于发散。

Abstract:With gelatin as bond solvent and calcite as substitutes using in pharmacy industry, the effects of fluidizing gas velocity, bed temperature, nozzle air pressure and solution concentration on fluidized bed granulation production’s granularity distribution are studied experimentally in a reverse batch conical fluidized bed with a bottom diameter of 188 mm, upper diameter of 396 mm and height of 1 000 mm. The experimental results show that average diameter deceased with increasing gas velocity, bed temperature and air pressure.
