热喷涂液相合成粉末的雾化喷嘴设计

摘 要:为了形成尺寸基本一致且在空间呈均匀分布的雾滴,以利于制 备均匀性好、粒径分布窄的纳米颗粒,通过对单相流和两相流雾化喷嘴 的对比,以及液滴的雾化过程分析,根据相关实验结果和经验公式,设 计出了用于热喷涂液相合成粉末的雾化喷嘴,其雾化气输送管径为 0.2 mm,液料输送管径为 2.0 mm,二者夹角为 90°。此雾化喷嘴在等离子 喷涂制备 TiO2 纳米颗粒的实验中得到了成功应用。

Abstract: In order to form the droplet which has identical size basically and distributes uniformly in space for preparing the nanometer particles with fine uniformity and narrow particle diameter distribution, the atomizer used for liquid phase synthesized particles of thermal spray is designed according to related practice results and experienced formulas after contrasting the atomiz ers of one-fluid and two-fluid and by analysising the process of droplet atomization. The designed atomizer is 0.2 millimeter diameter of atomizing gas duct, 2.0 millimeter diameter of liquid feedstock duct and 90 angle between the two crossing. The atomizer is successfully applied to the practice of preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles by plasma spray.
