溶液燃烧法制备纳米Al2O3

Solution Combustion Synthesis of Nanosize Alumina

摘 要: 提出了用CH6N4O取代尿素作为还原性有机燃料,再与硝酸铝 一起形成氧化-还原溶液,在微波炉内升温加热,实现了纳米 Al2O3 的 快速燃烧合成。整个合成过程包括溶液的低温预热到高温浓缩、发泡成 沫和着火燃烧,历时仅需 5 min。通过调节配比已基本消除残留碳,且 使燃烧过程变得平缓,避免了爆燃现象,维持了火焰的持续时间。产物 经 X 衍射测定,平均粒径为 44~52 nm。

Abstract:In this study, the CH6N4O was used as the fuel instead of urea and was dissolved in water together with the Al(NO3)3·9H2O.Then the redox solution was formed. When such solution was heated inside the microwave oven, the nanometer alumina was synthesized after a combustion process. Before being ignited, the solution would undergo threee stages in 5 min, that is, perheated at a lower temperature, concentrated at a high temperature and foamed. By means of adjusting the proportion of oxidizer and fuel, the phenomenon of deflagration was eliminated, and the residue of carbon almost did not exist among the product. Moreover, the combustion became more smooth. The average diameter of obtained particles of alumina is 44~52 nm with the data of XRD.
