单质铝水解机理研究(Ⅱ)——结晶动力学分析

摘 要: 对单质铝水解过程进行了全过程监测,在反应的不同时段取样 并对其进行 XRD 分析,以分析结果为依据,作者提出单质铝水解法制备 高纯氧化铝工艺的实质为一反应结晶过程的观点。随后,作者运用溶液 法结晶原理对检测数据进行了深入分析,分析后认为水解产物六方晶拜 耳体是形成推动结晶发生所需过饱和状态的溶质相,从而从根源上找到 了佐证上述观点成立的证据。

Abstract: A new method of preparing high-purity alumina is infroduced. The process of hydrolyzation reaction was observed, samplinged at different time and analysed the samples by XRD. According to the analysis, the authors put forward a viewpoint that this craft is a cystallization process. Then they analysed the experimental data further by the aqua crystallization theory, and concluded hexagomal bayerite become the supersaturation solution, which impulsed crystallization. This discovery proves above-mentioned standpoint.
