煅烧高岭土/聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性复合材料的研制

摘要:以煅烧高岭土和丙烯酸为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成得到煅烧 高岭土 / 聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性复合材料,讨论了丙烯酰胺用量、引发剂 用量、交联剂用量、中和度及煅烧高岭土添加量对其吸水性能的影响, 并用扫描电镜表征其表面形貌。结果表明:丙烯酰胺用量 15%,引发剂 用量 0.25%,交联剂用量 0.08%,中和度 80%,煅烧高岭土添加量 50%, 复合材料吸蒸馏水达890 g/g,吸生理盐水达70 g/g,同时煅烧高岭土在 材料中分散均匀。

Abstract: The super water absorbing composites of calcined kaolin-sodium polyacrylate based on was prepared by solution polymerization using calcined kaolin and polyacrylate as raw materials. A study was made to discuss the influence of the amount of acrylamide, initiation, cross-linker, the extent of neutralization and the addition of calcined kaolin on the water absorbing property. The results show that when the content of acrylamide is 15%, the content of initiation and cross-linker is 0.25% and 0.08% respectively, the extent of neutralization is 80%, the content of calcined kaolin is 50%, the water absorption performance of the composites is the best that the distilled water absorbency is 890 g/g, the physiological saline absorbency is 70 g/g. The calcined kaolin is even dispersed in the composites.
