沉积型煅烧高岭土表面改性与应用试验研究

摘要:沉积型高岭土是中国特有的高岭土资源。应用试验证明,沉积 型高岭土经超细粉碎、煅烧、超细磨矿和硅烷偶联剂表面处理后,作为 高性能电缆胶料的填料,填充性能得到明显的改善。

Abstract: The sedimentary kaolin is a unique kaolin source in China. After ultrafine crush, calcined, superfine milled and surface modified by silane coupling agents, the calcined kaolin powder of surface modification can be the functional filler for high quality cable rubber material. The filling properties of the modified one are greatly improved, which has been confirmed by the application experiment.
