SnO2气敏材料及其制备技术进展

摘要:为了解国内外SnO2气敏材料及其制备技术的研究进展,按照该材料的发展历程,对纳米粉体、纳米薄膜、纳米一维材料、介孔及多孔材料的制备技术及进展进行了详细的综述。结果认为,SnO2纳米粉体与纳米薄膜气敏材料的制备与使用仍是今后一段时间内重点发展对象;纳米一维材料与介孔、大孔材料等结构功能材料作为气敏材料方兴未艾,有很大的发展潜力和应用前景;新老制备技术的不断成熟及涌现将使SnO2纳米结构材料作为气敏材料而深入研究和广泛应用,结合掺杂等手段,将进一步推动SnO2气敏元件的高效微型、集成化、多功能、智能化发展。

Abstract:In order to understand the evolvements of gas sensitive material and its' preparations, the preparation and progress of nanopowder, nanomembrane,nanometer 1-D materials and mesporous/macroporous materials were mainly summaried. New and traditional technologies which were coming forth and improving will accelerate the process of SnO2 nanostructure materials and micro, high-efficient, integrative, multifunctional, intellectualized gas sensor, with the help of doped substance.
