聚丙烯/CaCO3复合材料组织性能分析

摘要:为了拓展聚丙烯材料的应用,在对 CaCO3 粉体进行表面偶 联处理后,混入聚丙烯中,制成聚丙烯 /CaCO3 复合材料。通过透射电 镜、X 射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜、电子万能试验机等仪器设备研究了 样品的显微组织及其力学性能。结果表明:CaCO3 粉体有异相成核剂 的作用,使球晶尺寸变小,结晶度有所提高,在聚丙烯基体中产生明 显的增强增韧效果。经改性后的聚丙烯/CaCO3 复合材料显微组织得 到改善,力学性能有所提高。

Abstract:CaCO3 powder was modified by surface treatment agent and mixed into polypropylene , then a new polypropylene / CaCO3composites was made. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were studied by TEM, XRD, microscope and electronic all-purpose machine etc. The results showed that the CaCO3 powder had heterogeneous nucleation functions, made spherulites' size smaller, improved crystallize, produced obvious reinforcing and toughening effect in polypropylene matrix. The microstructure and mechanical properties of polypropylene/ CaCO3 composites had been improved.
