摘 要:在高纯氩气保护下使用机械合金化法对原子组成为 Fe60Zr40-xBx(x =10、20、30)的混合粉体进行实验,成功地制取了非晶 合金粉。结合 X 射线衍射与 DSC 的分析,认为: Fe60Zr20B20 和 Fe60Zr10B30 体系因 B 原子含量较高,使得其非晶化效率及热稳定性都 要高于 B 原子含量较少的 Fe60Zr30B10 体系。计算得出 Fe60Zr20B20 和 Fe60Zr10B30 两个体系的非晶晶化激活能数据分别为 (201.7±58.5) kJ· mol-1 和(220.3 ±18.1)kJ·mol-1。

Abstract: The amorphous alloys of Fe60Zr40-xBx(x =10、20、30, at%) sys tems were successfully prepared by mechanical alloying under pure ar gon atmosphere. By X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorime try, it was concluded that because of more B atoms the amorphization ef ficiency and thermo-stability of Fe60Zr20B20 and Fe60Zr10B30 systems were better than Fe60Zr30B10 system. The calculated activation energy of Fe60Zr20B20 and Fe60Zr10B30 were(201.7±58.5) kJ·mol-1 and (220.3±18.1) k J·mol-1 respectively.
