摘 要:制备超细氧化亚铜粉体主要有固相法、液相法和电解法。固 相法和电解法制备高纯度超细 Cu2O 具有一定的局限性,而液相法 可制备出粒径小、纯度高、形貌可控的粉末。超细 Cu2O 粉体除传统 的用途外,还可作光催化剂、阻燃抑烟材料、多层陶瓷电容器 (MLCC)电极用铜粉制备的中间体材料等。本文就有关超细 Cu2O 粉 体的制备与应用研究成果以及存在的主要问题和需开展的工作进 行了综述与展望。

Abstract:There are three ways to prepare ultrafine Cu2O powder: solid state-method,liquid-phase-method and electrolysis. Solid-state-method and electrolysis is not enough suitable to prepare the ultrafine Cu2O. However, liquid-phase-method can prepare smaller size, higher purity and shape-controlled ultrafine Cu2O powder. In addition to traditional use, ultrafine Cu2O powder can be used as photocatalyst, flame retar dant and smoke retarder additive, intermediate materials for copper powder of MLCC (multilayer ceramic capacitor) electrode,and so on. The main achievements, problems and next research of preparation and application of ultrafine Cu2O powder are reviewed and prospected.
