摘 要:采用电泳法在导电玻璃上镀纳米 TiO2 薄膜,制得的 TiO2薄膜经高温烧结后进行光降解实验。通过 XRD、SEM、DTA、EDS 等 测试分析,确定了超细微粒 TiO2 的外观形貌和结构特征。实验结果 表明,该法制得的 TiO2 薄膜具有一定的厚度、均匀平整、粗糙度好。 极性溶剂种类、胶体浓度、电泳电压、电泳时间、镀膜次数及掺杂离 子等影响电泳成膜质量及膜对甲基橙溶液的光降解效果。

Abstract:Nano-sized TiO2 thin films were prepared on the glass by electrophoresis. Photo-catalytic experiments were carried out using the films sintered at high temperature. The morphology and structure of ul trafine TiO2 particles were analyzed by XRD,SEM,DTA and EDS measurements. The experimental results show that the films with cer tain thick ness is uniform,and solvent,sol concentration,applied volt age,elec- trophoresis time,coating times and doped ions etc take an ex tent effect on the quality of the films and its photo-catalytic degrada tion.
