酸激发提高钢渣、矿渣复合粉水硬活性的研究

摘 要:叙述了分别采用硫酸和醋酸对钢渣、矿渣复合渣粉进行活性 激发的试验研究结果。试验发现,经酸激发后的水泥复合渣体系的标 准稠度用水量增加了约 16~17 mL 左右;用硫酸激发该体系时,不同 的酸浓度下初凝和终凝时间均得以延长,而醋酸激发导致凝结时间 变化规律较为复杂。多数情况下,经酸激发可提高体系在各龄期的强 度。考察复合渣粉活性指数可知,采用 0.01~0.1 mol/L 硫酸激发复合 渣粉可满足 S95 级矿渣粉标准对该项指标的要求。综合各龄期的测 试结果,将激发用酸的浓度控制在 0.1 mol/L 左右是合适的。

Abstract:The testing results were presented which the composite slag powders made of steel slag and furnace slag were activated by sulfuric acid and acetic acid respectively. Under the condition of acid activation, it were discovered that water requirement of standard consistence of the cement were increased from 16 mL to 17mL in cement-composite slag powder system,and both initial setting time and final setting time were prolonged by sulfuric acid activation,however,setting time behave well complex with an increase of acetic acid concentration. Generally, the me chanical strength of the system could be improved in every age by acid activation. Activation index could satisfy standard of S95 as sulfuric acid concentration were ranged from 0.01mol/L to 0.1 mol/L. It was suitable when acid concentration was controlled about 0.1 mol/L by analysis of testing results.
