摘要:以Eu2O3,Y2O3为原料通过柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成了Y2O3:Eu3+纳米粉,研究了pH值、柠檬酸用量(n[H3Cit]:n[Y3++Eu3+])及煅烧温度对粉体制备过程的影响。利用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM等测试手段对粉体的形成过程进行了分析。结果表明:Y2O3:Eu3+纳米粉体的一次粒径为25nm左右,二次粒径为250nm左右。纳米Y2O3:Eu3+粉体制备最佳实验条件为pH=5,n[H3Cit]:n[Y3++Eu3+]为2:1,煅烧温度为600℃。

Abstract: The nano-sized Y2O3:Eu3+ particles were prepared by citric sol- gel process using Eu2O3 and Y2O3 as starting materials. The effects of pH value, the molar ratio of citric acid and metal ions and calcining temerature on the nano-sized Y2O3: Eu3+ particles were studied. The crystallization process of the Y2O3: Eu3+ particles was investigated by means of TG- DTA, XRD and SEM. The results show that the crystal size of Y2O3: Eu3+ particles is about 25 nm and the secondary grain size is about 250 nm. The appropriate preparing conditions are that pH value is 5, the ratio of citric acid and metal ions is 2:1 and the annealing temper- ature is 600 ℃.
