ZrO2- 硬脂酸系纳米复合相变储能材料的可行性研究

摘要:回顾了储能材料尤其是相变储能材料的发展及基本应用。对比前人研究成果,提出了使用ZrO2-硬脂酸系纳米复合材料作为相变储能材料的设想,并且结合现有的成果初步论证了ZrO2-硬脂酸系纳米复合相变储能材料的应用可能性。通过调节pH值等制备和改性参数使用共沉淀法或直接复合法,可以取代不能大批量生产的溶胶-凝胶法。并且由于ZrO2有着比SiO2更好的机械强度和耐高温性能,所以使用ZrO2代替SiO2,完全可以制备出有着类似于SiO2-硬脂酸系相变储能材料储热性能的复合材料。

Abstract: The thermal energy storage materials, especially the phase change materials for thermal energy storage system, were reviewed including the development and basic application. The assumption of preparing ZrO2-stearic acid nano-sized composite as phase change materials, was put forward after the comparison on the former research achievements. The potential application of the phase change materials made of ZrO2-stearic acid nano-composite was elementarily expounded and proven based on those research achievements. Since the sol-gel method, which is hardly applicated in mass production, was replaced by co-precipitation method or straightly composition method- the two methods would be used by changing the parameter of preparation and modifying such as pH value, et al. throughout analyzes, it could be a good preparation for commercial run. Because of the better performance of ZrO2, such as the mechanical property and the resistance to elevated temperatures, than that of SiO2, the phase change materials, which is prepared by ZrO2 instead of SiO2, can obtain a capability of heat-storage as well as SiO2-stearic acid phase change materials and further field of application.
