制备工艺条件对锂基蒙脱石性能的影响研究

摘要:研究了不同工艺条件下制备出的锂基蒙脱石的性能,包括膨胀容、胶质价、阳离子交换容量和醇胀值,分析工艺条件对锂基蒙脱石性能的影响规律,探讨了影响性能的机理,为高性能锂基蒙脱石的合成提供了数据。试验涉及到的工艺条件包括:改型剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间。通过试验得到的最佳工艺条件为:改型剂用量为6%左右,反应温度为60~80℃,反应时间为1~2h。

Abstract: The properties of Li-montmorillonite influenced by the synthesizing process were studied. The properties studied here consisted of swell value, glue value, cation exchangeable content and ethanol swell value. Through analyzing the experiment data, the influence rules were got that technical conditions affected the properties of Li-montmorillonite and trying to get some logical explain. The technical conditions of this experiment contains are the dosage of the modifying agent, the temperature and the reaction time. The optional reaction conditions in the experiment are that the amount of modifying agent is 6%, the reaction temperature is 60~80 ℃and reaction time is 1~2 h.
