摘要:采用φ500mm×500mm试验球磨机对黄磷渣进行不同时间的粉磨加工,运用线性回归分析、Rosin-Rammlar-Bennet(RRB)粒度分布分析和粉磨动力学的特征粒径分析的方法,对黄磷渣进行了粉磨动力学研究和粉磨性能评价。结果表明:磨后黄磷渣粉体的比表面积、特征粒径和均匀系数与粉磨时间的对数或双对数呈线性关系,且黄磷渣的加工细度不宜高于350 m2/kg。

Abstract: By using!500 mm×500 mm laboratory ball mill, the phosphorousslag was milled for different time, and the grinding kinetic feature of phosphorous slag was studied and evaluated in the experiment, by the methods of linear regression analysis、Rosin - Rammlar- Bennet particle size distribution analysis and the characteristic diameter analysis of the grinding dynamic feature. The results show that the specific surface area, the characteristic diameter and the homogeneity factor of ground slag powder are in linear relation to logarithmic or logarithmic of grinding time, and the phosphorous slag of the products' fineness shouldn't be higher than 350 m2/kg.
