摘 要: 以钛酸正四丁酯为钛源、盐酸胍为氮源, 用溶胶- 凝胶法制备 出了氮掺杂的 TiO2 纳米粉体, 采用 XRD、TEM、BET 和 UV- Vis 对所 制备的粉体进行了物相、形貌和结构表征, 并分别在紫外光和可见光 下进行了样品对甲基橙的光催化降解实验。结果表明, 用该方法制备 的 N 掺杂二氧化钛纳米粉体具有较单一的晶粒尺寸分布, 分散性好, 团聚少; 掺杂样品在紫外光下对甲基橙的降解率比不掺杂样品有大幅 度提高, 并且在可见光下也具有较高的活性。

Abstract: The N-doped titania nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission elec tron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Vis spectroscopy in phase、morphology and structure. The photocatalytic activities of the N-doped titania nanopowder were examined by photo-decolorization of methyl orange. The results showed that the N-doped titania nanopowder prepared by the method had a single distribution of crystal particle size, a good disper sion and less aggregation. The photocatalytic activities of the N-doped ti tania nanopowder enhanced greatly under UV irradiation, and it also had a good photocatalytic activity under visible light.
