摘 要: 介绍了国外近年来发展的一种连续化聚合物粉碎加工技 术——固相剪切粉碎技术, 它是一个固相状态下的动力学过程, 利用 压力场和剪切力场的共同作用使聚合物材料发生弹性变形粉碎, 并对 其粉碎机理、磨盘结构和设备结构进行了分析。另外, 通过对固相剪切 粉碎技术发展历程的回顾, 指出作为一种新发展的技术, 固相剪切粉 碎技术已经通过了理论研究和工程实践的验证, 并且给橡胶粉碎领域 开拓了新的思路。

Abstract: The solid state shear pulverization technology was introduced as a continuous polymer smashing processing technology which had de veloped in recent years. It was a kinetics processing under a solid phase condition, this technology caused the polymer material elastic deforma tion which maked use of common function of the pressure field and the shearing strength field, and its pulverization mechanism, the pan-milling structure and the structure of pulverization equipment were analyzed. Moreover, the review of solid state shear pulverization technology devel opment indicated that as a new technology, the solid state shear pulveriza tion technology had already passed the fundamental researches and the confirmation of project practice and had explored new thinking of mod ern solid state shear pulverization technology.
