制备超顺磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的研究进展

摘 要: 对超顺磁性 Fe3O4 纳米粒子的制备方法进行总结, 目前常用 的方法有共沉淀法、水热法、水解法、微乳液法及溶胶- 凝胶法, 并讨论 了这些方法的优缺点, 同时提出了制备 Fe3O4 纳米粒子的一种新方 法——微波水热法。这种方法能够在最短的时间内制备出超顺磁性 Fe3O4 纳米粒子, 并且是制备高纯度、小粒径、均匀分散的超顺磁性 Fe3O4 纳米粒子最佳方法。最后对超顺磁性 Fe3O4 纳米粒子的应用及 其发展趋势做简单的介绍, 对其进一步的研究进行展望。

Abstract: The preparation method of superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nano-par ticles such as coprecipitation, hydrothermal, hydrolysis, micro-emul sion and sol- gel were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed. A new preparation method named micro wave hydrothermal was putted forward, by which the superparamagne Fe3O4 nano-particles would be synthesized in a very short time, which was the best preparation method of superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nano-particles of high purity, fine particle diameter and even dispersion. At last, the appli cation and development of Fe3O4 nano-particles were introduced, and the deep research was also expected.
